We run our business by the policies we have set out in our terms and conditions which enables us to provide the customer with the best possible service possible. Please take the time to read these terms and conditions so that you understand the way our business works
The pictures of the colours for the Jewellery, Crystals, Pearls and Other shown on this website are to be used as a reference guide only, as variations in Computers, Monitors, Printers and internet browsers, combined with the difficulty in photographing the Jewellery, Crystals, Pearls etc, we cannot guarantee that the colours in the pictures will look exactly the same as the actual colours of the real crystals or pearls you will receive, as there are always variations in the colours, from size to shape the colour for one size can look very different to the next size up, also when they are being made and going through production this is not 100% consistent and there can be different variations in colour from batch to batch.
Whilst we have tried our very best to make them as true as possible. If you are unsure about colours, we suggest you purchase some samples items so you can be sure of your colour choice. Anyway, you can ask us about it by Skype or phone.
Packaging
All our jewellery if these value is more than £29.99 is delivered packaged in presentation boxes or bags and mailed in protective bubble wrap envelopes to reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in anyway, please contact us us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
Returns Policy
You can return the jewellery or Stones and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. Upon receiving your jewellery, if you are not satisfied, or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order. The jewellery must be with original Tag.
To return any jewellery to us, you must first please contact us immediately via email: artjeweller@googlemail.com
When returning your jewellery, we will also appreciate hearing your reasons for the return, so we can better improve our store for the future. Your account will be credited as soon as with in 30 days, after we receive the returned goods and they have been checked for damage and for signs of the jewellery being worn, if damaged then no refund will be given, if worn then only a part refund may be offered.
** Please Note: All Bespoke/Custom made orders (Personal Requests) Refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements.
Custom Made = Any item where the colours of the jewellery with Crystals , Pearls , Seed beads etc have been changed from what is shown on the web, this also includes where the Size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger.
How To Send The Items Back : Please send back jewellery via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service, for stones if the items that you need to send back & the value is not over £34 please send back by Recorded delivery (Stones & Components only NO Jewellery as it will not be insured with Recorded Delivery) if the value of the Jewellers order is more than £34 please send back via Royal Mails Special Delivery service as the item/s Jewellery or Beads) will then be insured should they get lost or damaged , and you will also have proof of posting. We cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel.
**Any items sent back for exchange, There will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates**
IMPORTANT: To receive a full refund, the jewellery or beads must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of you receiving your order. Do not throw the packaging away until you're sure you want to keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it. We cannot resell jewellery that has already been used. We are unable to accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you have bought earrings with a set then the set also cannot be returned.
When you take delivery Please Check all your items straight away, If you're Jewellery or beads arrive damaged..., then you must please contact us immediately in the same day you take delivery of your goods, so we can be able to make a claim for a refund or replacements.
If you do not contact us about any damaged items on the same day you take delivery this breaks our terms as laid out in the Crystal Beads - Jewellery Shop Returns Policy, this will mean we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable.
Privacy Policy
We do not pass on or sell your email address or any other information with anyone.
Your Credit & Debit card payment information is processed by PayPal or Platnosci.pl on their secure sites. Your payment is then sent to us, we do not receive any Credit or Debit card information from PayPal or Platnosci.pl, that information stays within PayPal or Platnosci.pl depending on which service you have used.
We respect your right to the privacy so the personal information you provide us through our Web site is not sold or shared with anyone.
